Lower expenses and fewer bad loans helped lift the bank’s second-quarter profit by 20 percent.

RealD Inc., down $1.34 at $12.17

The company, which licenses 3-D movie equipment to theaters, reported box office figures for June that disappointed investors.

Infosys Ltd., up $2.13 at $46.17

The Indian software outsourcing company reported slightly higher quarterly profit and maintained its revenue growth forecast.

Spansion Inc., down 31 cents at $12.91

The flash memory products maker raised its second-quarter profit expectations, but said its revenue will be lower than expected.

Spreadtrum Communications Inc., up $3.31 at $29.76

The smartphone chip maker said that it has agreed to be acquired by China’s Tsinghua Holdings Co. for approximately $1.5 billion.

WebMD Health Corp., up $6.86 at $33.82

The medical website operator raised its guidance for the year after a strong second quarter, citing better demand from advertisers.
