The lieutenant governor of Alaska has filed a regulation that will make it easier for transgender drivers to change their sex on their license after the ACLU challenged a requirement that forced transgender individuals to prove they had undergone surgery.

An Anchorage, AK, anti-gay group that opposes Prop. 5 (a measure that would add sexual orientation and gender identity to the city’s anti-discrimination laws) posted a cartoon video that attacks the LGBT community.
